You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery. AMP Fastener will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error, such as you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.; otherwise, the customer is responsible for the return shipping. A 10% restocking fee will be applied for stock orders returned and 25% for customized orders returned.
